·Bachelor's Degree is required.
·Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
·Working knowledge of English.
·At Least 3 years sales leadership experience in the region.
·Demonstrated sales leadership success.
·Knowledge of the academic and government markets in the region.
·Knowledge of production systems and processes.
·Awareness of Company vision and goals.
·A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
·Well organized and disciplined with regards policy, procedure and standards.
·Good oral and written communications.
·Can set priorities and be flexible in changing environment.
